Punishment of murdering someone

1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq was asked, “What is the punishment of murder?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “Hell.”
IsnādAbu Ruh a dit: Abdallah ibn Ja'far al-Himyari m'a informé, d'après Ahmad ibn Muhammad, d'après al-Husayn ibn Sa'id, de Fadalah, d'après Aban, de celui qui lui a rapporté, d'après Abi Abdillah (sur lui la paix), qu'il a été interrogé au sujet de celui qui tue délibérément une personne, il a dit: Sa rétribution est l'Enfer.

2. And from the previous chain from al-Hussain b. Sa’eed] (1) from Muhammad b. Abi ’Umayr from Ali b. ’Uqba from Abi Khalid al-Qammat from Hamran who said: For this reason did We prescribe to the children of Israel that whoever slays a soul, unless it be for manslaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he slew all men. He has killed but one? Imam (a.s.) replied, “He will be kept in a place in Hell where there will be severe chastisement and if he kills everyone, too he will be kept in this place.” The narrator asked, “What is the punishment if he murders again?” He replied, “His punishment is doubled.”

S'il tuait tous les hommes, il ne serait puni que comme s'il avait tué une seule personne." J'ai dit: "Et s'il en tue un autre?" Il a dit: "La punition sera doublée pour lui."

3. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Abi al-Qasim from Muhammad b. Ali al-Kufi from al-Muffadhal b. Salih from Jabir b. Yazid from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “The Almighty Allah will account for the deeds of the murderers first on the Day of Judgment. He will gather all murderers and the victims. Every victim will stand near his/her murderer with a bleeding face. He will tell Allah: This person had murdered me. Allah will ask the murderer: Did you murder him? And the person will not be able to hide anything from Him.”

"Le premier jugement qu'Allah le Très-Haut rendra au Jour du Jugement concernera les vies. Il fera se tenir les deux fils d'Adam et prononcera entre eux. Ensuite, Il jugera ceux qui ont versé du sang parmi les compagnons de sang, jusqu'à ce qu'il n'en reste plus aucun. Ensuite viendront les autres gens. Le tué viendra vers son tueur, son sang coulant sur son visage, et dira : 'Celui-ci m'a tué.' Le tueur répondra : 'C'est toi qui l'as tué.' Il ne pourra alors cacher quoi que ce soit à Allah."
4. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) said that the murderer of a believer will have the option to die as a Jew, Christian or as a Magian (he will not die a Muslim).
IsnādMuhammad ibn Ali Majilawayh a rapporté de son oncle Muhammad ibn Abi al-Qasim, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad, de al-Husayn ibn Sa'id al-Azraq, de Abi 'Abdillah ع, concernant un homme qui a tué un croyant, on lui dit: "Fais mourir de la manière que tu veux, que ce soit en juif, en chrétien ou en mazdéen."

5. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Musa b. al-Mutawakil who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Yahya from Ahmad b. Muhammad from al-Hussain b. Sa’eed from Abdulrahman b. Abi Najran from Muhammad b. Sinan from Abi al-Jarud from Muhammad b. Ali (a.s.) who said: “A murder victim is not good or bad. He will be brought on the Judgment Day holding his killer by his collar with the right hand and holding his severed head in the left with blood dripping from it. He will say: O Lord! Ask him why he had murdered me? Thus if he had killed on the order of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, Allah will take the murderer to Paradise and the person to Hell but if he had killed him on the order of someone else, he would be told, ‘Kill him like he killed you.’ Then Allah will deal with them as He likes.”
IsnādMuhammad ibn Musa ibn al-Mutawakkil m'a informé, il a dit: Muhammad ibn Yahya m'a informé, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad, de al-Husayn ibn Sa'id, d'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Najran, de Muhammad ibn Sinan, d'Abu al-Jarud, de Muhammad ibn Ali (que la paix soit sur lui) a dit:
Aucune âme, qu'elle soit innocente ou coupable, n'est tuée sans être ressuscitée le Jour de la Résurrection, suspendue à son tueur, tenant sa main droite, sa tête dans sa main gauche, ses veines déversant du sang. Elle dira: "Ô Seigneur, demande des comptes à celui qui m'a tuée. Si celui-ci m'a tuée en obéissance à Allah, le tueur sera récompensé et la victime sera envoyée en Enfer. Mais s'il m'a tuée par obéissance à quelqu'un d'autre, il lui sera dit: "Tue-le comme il t'a tué." Ensuite, Allah décidera de leur sort selon Sa volonté.
6. It was narrated to me by Ja’far b. Muhammad b. Masroor who said it was narrated to me by al-Hussain b. Muhammad b. ’Amir from Ibn Abi ’Umayr from Hafs b. al-Bukhtari from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “Even that woman will be punished severely who had left a goat tied in sun and it died of thirst.”
IsnādJa'far ibn Muhammad ibn Masrur m'a informé, il a dit: Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad ibn 'Amir m'a informé, de la part d'Ibn Abi 'Umayr, de la part de Hafs ibn al-Bakhtari, de la part d'Abu 'Abdillah ع, qui a dit:
Une femme a été punie en enfer pour avoir attaché un chat jusqu'à ce qu'il meure de soif.
7. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) said, “A person most unjust in Allah’s eyes is one who kills a person who hasn’t murdered him or hurt one who did not hurt him.”

Le Messager d'Allah (que la paix soit sur lui) a dit : "Certes, parmi les plus injustes envers Allah, le Très-Haut, se trouve celui qui tue quelqu'un qui n'est pas son ennemi, et celui qui frappe quelqu'un qui ne l'a pas frappé."
8. It is narrated that Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) said that the Almighty Allah revealed onto Prophet Musa (a.s.), “Keep away from murdering a human being unlawfully. If one of you murders someone, he will be murdered a hundred thousand times in Hell in the same way as he had murdered his victim.”
IsnādAbi Rah a dit: Sa'd ibn Abdullah m'a informé, d'après Ahmad ibn Muhammad, d'après Ali ibn al-Hakam, d'après Hisham, d'après Sulayman ibn Khalid, qui a dit: J'ai entendu Abu Abdullah (as) dire: "Allah Très-Haut a révélé à Moïse fils d'Imran: Ô Moïse, dis aux chefs des Enfants d'Israël: Évitez de tuer une âme injustement, car quiconque parmi vous tue une personne injustement dans ce monde, je le jugerai dans le feu de l'Enfer, l'équivalent de cent mille meurtres de son compagnon."

9. Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) said, “One who murders someone, the Almighty Allah will write all the sins of the victim in the name of his murderer and cleanse the victim. This is described the verse: Surely I wish that you should bear the sin committed against me and your own sin, and so you would be of the inmates of the fire.”
IsnādAbi Rah a dit: Muhammad ibn Abi al-Qasim m'a informé, de la part de Muhammad ibn Ali al-Kufi, de la part de Muhammad ibn Aslam al-Halabi, de la part d'Abderrahman ibn Aslam, de lui-même, a dit: Abu Ja'far (as) a dit:
Celui qui tue délibérément un croyant, Allah le Tout-Puissant lui imputera tous les péchés et le tué sera exempté de ceux-ci. C'est la parole d'Allah le Très-Haut: "Je veux que tu prennes sur toi mon péché et ton péché, pour que tu sois du nombre des gens du Feu." (Sourate 39, Verset 59)
