1. My father and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan both narrated to me from Ḥusain ibn Ḥasan ibn Abān, from Ḥusain ibn Sa’īd, from Qāsim ibn Muḥammad Al-Jawhari, from ‘Ali ibn Abī Ḥamzah, who said: I asked the Righteous Slave (Imam Kāżim (a.s.)) about going to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali (a.s.). Imam (a.s.) replied, “I do not want you to abandon it.” I asked, “What is your opinion about establishing voluntary prayers there if I am a MUQASSIR?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “You can establish as many voluntary prayers as you like in Masjid Al-Ḥarām, in the Mosque of the Messenger (s.a.a.w.), and next to the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.). Verily I love (doing) that.” I asked, “Can I establish voluntary prayers next to the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.) during the day?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “Yes.”
