Twenty Characteristics in Love for the Holy Household

20-1 Muhammad ibn al-Fazl ibn Zaydoye al-Jalab al-Hamedany in Hamedan narrated that Ibrahim ibn Amroos al-Hamedany quoted Al-Hassan ibn Isma’il, on the authority of Sa’id ibn al-Hikam, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Al-O’za’ee, on the authority of Yahya ibn Abi Kasir, on the authority of Abi Salma (who is Abu Salma ibn Abdul Rahman), on the authority of Abi Sa’ed al-Khidry that God’s Prophet (MGB) said, “Whomever God has bestowed with the love of the Divine Leaders (MGB) from my Household has received the prosperity of this world and the Hereafter. He should have no doubt that he will go to Heaven. There are twenty properties in the love of my Household: ten for this world and ten for the Hereafter. The ten for this world are: abstinence;eagerness to acquire knowledge; piety in religion; inclination to worship; repentance before death; pleasure with staying up at night (for praying or supplications); not being envious of what other people own; abiding by what is divinely right and wrong; dislike of this world; and generosity. And the ten for the Hereafter are: there will be no Reckoning for him; his deeds will not be measured; his record of deeds will be given to his right hand (implying that he is saved); freedom from the Fire of Hell will be promised for him; his face will be white; he will be wearing Heavenly garments; he will be given the right to intercede on behalf of one-hundred members of his family; God the Almighty will look upon him with His Mercy; he will be wearing a crown - one of the Heavenly Crowns; and he will enter Heaven without any Reckoning. Then blessed be those who love the Members of my Household.”
IsnādNous a informé Muhammad ibn al-Fadl ibn Zaydouya al-Jallab al-Hamdani à Hamadan, qui a dit : Nous a informé Ibrahim ibn Amrûs al-Hamdani, qui a dit : Nous a informé al-Hasan ibn Isma'il, de la part de Sa'id ibn al-Hakam, de son père, de al-Awza'i, de Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, de la part d'Abi Salama, de la part d'Abi Sa'id al-Khudri, qui a dit : Le Messager d'Allah (que la paix et les bénédictions d'Allah soient sur lui et sa famille) a dit :
Celui à qui Allah accorde l'amour des Imams de ma famille, il a atteint le meilleur de ce monde et de l'au-delà. Que personne ne doute qu'il sera au Paradis, car en l'amour de ma famille, il y a vingt qualités : dix dans ce monde et dix dans l'au-delà. Quant à celles de ce monde, elles sont : le détachement des biens matériels, l'ardeur à accomplir de bonnes actions, la piété dans la religion, le désir d'adorer, le repentir avant la mort, la vigilance dans la prière nocturne, le désespoir des biens des gens, la préservation des ordres et des interdictions d'Allah, le mépris du monde, la générosité. Quant à celles de l'au-delà, il n'aura pas de registre déployé pour lui, ni de balance dressée pour lui, son livre lui sera donné de la main droite, une attestation d'immunité du Feu lui sera écrite, son visage s'éclaircira, il sera vêtu des parures du Paradis, il intercédera en faveur de cent membres de sa famille, Allah le regardera avec miséricorde, il sera couronné des couronnes du Paradis, et il entrera au Paradis sans être jugé. Heureux sont ceux qui aiment les membres de ma famille.
