1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Harun ibn Muslim from Mas’adah ibn Sadaqah who has narrated the following: “I once heard abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), when he (the Imam) was asked about what is lawful and what is not lawful about intention and what is in one’s mind, saying, ‘In certain times it is lawful and in certain times it is not lawful. The lawful case is when one is oppressed in which case his oath is based on his intention. If one coerces then it is on the basis of the intention of the oppressed.’”
IsnādAli ibn Ibrahim a rapporté de Harun ibn Muslim, de Mas'ada ibn Sadaka, qui a dit : J'ai entendu Aba Abdillah (que la paix soit sur lui) dire : Il a été interrogé sur ce qui est permis et ce qui ne l'est pas en ce qui concerne l'intention lors du serment sur la droiture. Il a répondu : Cela peut être permis dans un cas et interdit dans un autre. En ce qui concerne ce qui est permis, si quelqu'un est opprimé et jure par cela en ayant l'intention de le faire, alors il est permis. Mais s'il est injuste, alors le serment revient à l'intention de l'opprimé.
