5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Mahfuz al-Iskaf who has said the following: “I saw abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, who had completed throwing pebbles on Jamarah al-‘Aqabah and was moving away. I walked before to clear the path for him. There was a man of yellow complexion from ‘Amrak (or a quarrelsome one) who had fixed a peg in the ground and had tied a rope from it to his tent which had blocked people’s movement. Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al- Salam, said to him, ‘O you, be pious before Allah. This (path) does not belong to you.’ He (the narrator) has said that al-‘Amraki said to him, ‘Why can you not mind your own business instead of imposing on me a burden without knowing who passes by (my tent) and say, “O you, be pious before Allah.’” The narrator has said that abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, then lifted the rope of his camel, bowed his head down and passed by. Al-‘Amrakiy, the black person, also left him alone.’”
IsnādMuhammad ibn Yahya, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad, de Muhammad ibn Sinan, de Mahfuz al-Iskafi, a dit : J'ai vu Abu Abdullah (sur lui la paix) lapider la Jamra al-Aqaba, puis il s'en alla. Je marchais devant lui comme un marteau pour lui. Soudain, un homme au teint jaune, vêtu d'un habit ressemblant à celui d'un nageur, avec une corde attachée à son cou, et les gens étaient arrêtés, incapables de passer. Abu Abdullah (sur lui la paix) lui dit : "Ô toi, crains Allah, car ce que tu fais ne t'appartient pas." L'homme lui répondit : "Ne peux-tu pas aller faire ton propre travail ? Le responsable, dont on ne sait pas qui il est, vient me dire : 'Ô toi, crains Allah.'" Abu Abdullah (sur lui la paix) leva alors un morceau de corde d'un chameau, le coupa et baissa la tête, puis partit, laissant l'homme noir.
