Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, was asked about al-Adha’; if it is obligatory on one who can afford for himself and his family. He (the Imam) said, ‘For one’s self, it must not be ignored; and for one’s family, if he likes, he may ignore.’”

Il a été interrogé au sujet du sacrifice, s'il est obligatoire pour celui qui en a les moyens pour lui-même et sa famille. Il a répondu : Pour lui-même, il ne doit pas le laisser, mais pour sa famille, s'il le souhaite, il peut le laisser.

3. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from Ibrahim al- Karkhiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, was asked about a man who has brought an offering to Makkah during the ten days (of the month). He (the Imam) said, ‘If it is obligatory offering, it is slaughtered in Mina’ only, and if it is not obligatory; he can slaughter it in Makkah if he likes; and if he has marked or placed around its neck a tag, then it must not be slaughtered at any time except on the day of al- Adha’.’”

concernant un homme qui est venu à La Mecque avec son sacrifice pendant les dix premiers jours de Dhul-Hijjah. Il a dit : "S'il s'agit d'un sacrifice obligatoire, qu'il ne le sacrifie qu'à Mina. Et s'il n'est pas obligatoire, qu'il le sacrifie à La Mecque s'il le souhaite. Et s'il l'a rasé et sacrifié, qu'il ne le sacrifie que le jour de l'Aïd al-Adha."

Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about a man who comes out of his al-Hajj owing to slaughter something; if it is sufficient to slaughter when he returns to his family. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes’, and he said as far as I know ‘he must pay it as charity.’ Ishaq has said, ‘I asked abu Ibrahim about a man who owes to slaughter something after his coming out of his al-Hajj and he does not do so until he returns to his family. He (the Imam) said, ‘He can slaughter it in his family and eat something from it.’”

J'ai dit : "Un homme sort de son pèlerinage avec quelque chose qui lui impose de verser du sang, qu'il doit sacrifier en rentrant chez lui ?" Il a répondu : "Oui, et autant que je sache, il doit en faire l'aumône." Ishaq a dit : "J'ai demandé à Abu Ibrahim (que la paix soit sur lui) : 'Un homme sort de son pèlerinage avec quelque chose qui nécessite du sang, mais il ne le verse pas avant de rentrer chez lui ?' Il a répondu : 'Il doit le verser sur sa famille et en manger quelque chose.'

5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Yunus ibn Ya’qub from Shu’ayb al-‘Aqarqufiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about my driving badanah for al-‘Umrah and about where I should slaughter it. He (the Imam) said, ‘Slaughter it in Makkah.’ I then asked, ‘What should I give from it?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Eat one-third, gift one third and give as charity one-third.’”

J'ai demandé à Abu 'Abdillah (sur lui la paix) : "J'ai sacrifié un chameau pour la 'Umra, où dois-je le sacrifier?" Il a dit : "À La Mecque." J'ai demandé : "Qu'est-ce que je peux en donner?" Il a dit : "Consomme un tiers, donne un tiers en cadeau et fais l'aumône d'un tiers."

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, that people of Makkah disliked my slaughtering the offering in my lodging in Makkah. He (the Imam) said, ‘All of Makkah is the place to slaughter offerings.’”

`Les habitants de La Mecque te reprochent d'avoir sacrifié ton sacrifice dans ta demeure à La Mecque. Il répondit : Tout La Mecque est un lieu de sacrifice.`
